Purpose
This policy protects customers, service providers, internet users and CloudAccShop. It applies to every order, account option, customer communication and related cloud workload. Customers must also follow the applicable cloud provider agreement, acceptable-use policy, security rules and all relevant laws. When provider rules are stricter than this policy, the provider rules control use of that platform.
Prohibited Activities
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, abusive marketing or deceptive communications.
- Phishing, credential theft, impersonation, fake login pages or social engineering.
- Malware, ransomware, botnets, command-and-control services or malicious payload hosting.
- Unauthorized vulnerability scanning, intrusion attempts, password attacks or access to systems without permission.
- Payment fraud, identity fraud, stolen cards, money laundering or evasion of sanctions and legal restrictions.
- Copyright infringement, illegal content distribution or services designed to facilitate unlawful activity.
- Abusive cryptocurrency mining, resource theft or attempts to bypass provider quotas and billing controls.
- Resale, transfer, automation or usage that violates the relevant provider agreement.
- Any activity that damages networks, disrupts other users or creates an unreasonable security risk.
Security Responsibilities
Customers must protect credentials, enable multi-factor authentication when supported, restrict administrative access, rotate exposed secrets and monitor billing and security notifications. Access should be provided only to authorized people. If compromise is suspected, stop affected workloads, secure credentials and contact the relevant provider and CloudAccShop support promptly.
Enforcement
CloudAccShop may request information about an intended use, refuse an order, suspend support or deny replacement when activity appears prohibited, abusive or fraudulent. Serious threats may be reported to the relevant provider or lawful authority when required. Decisions may consider order information, support communications, credible abuse reports and provider notices.
Reporting Abuse
To report suspected abuse connected to an order, use the contact page and provide the relevant URLs, timestamps, account or order reference if known, and a concise description. Do not send unnecessary personal information, passwords or private credentials.
